Part 3 Why Am Not reducing Wight

Last time we talked about the part 2 and now is part 3 which is going to be very-very interesting. You may have not come across this information; which is why you spend all your hard earn money. It not all about buying so call weight supplement, doing overnight exercise or staffing your self from eating your favourite meal. But it all about knowing the root of your overweight or big belly problem: they never told you this; that's why you couldn't see result in your weight management endeavour.

Liver is a self defense organ in the body which detoxifies so many harmful substance like: toxins from processed food and unnatural foods as well as chemicals. Liver is also a major fat burning organ in the body, which regulates fat metabolism by a complicated set of biochemical pathways.

Meaning Of Detoxify: 

 It is the process of purging out harmful and unwanted substance from the body, it a means of purifying the body. I have tried all solutions to reduce my fat belly, listen now!

Since the liver is responsible for healthy hormone balance: by detoxifying excess estrogen, which build up in the body and increase excess fat. Estrogen dominance ( the liver not able to carry out it own functions ) is why we have issues of big belly even overweight. Those people with fatty liver might not be able to lose weight unless they first improve the liver function, via liver cleansing diet and supplement . The way and how we combine different classes of food can affect your endeavor to reduce your present weight. Sometimes we get addicted to a particular type of meal which in turn affect our physical health and also hinder us have that trimmed, attractive and energetic looking.
We have seven classes of food namely: carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins, water, minerals and fiber.all this classes of food are very important to our body but problem we have: is to understand the way they work in our body and also know the amount and quantity our body need to function properly. When once you know how to eat the right food, the right combination at the right time: you would see quick improvement in your weight endeavor. This is a big secret you have to hold on; you don't have staff your self or stop eating those favorite meals. But just make sure you combine the right ratio of proteins.

What are those bad eating habit?

  • Addicted to one particular meal: Everybody has their own choice of meals but, it's not good when you keep on repeating a particular kind of meals every time: cause more harm to your system. 
  • Lack of self control: Most of us don't just know how to withheld our self from eating: we eat any how, especially the comfort food. comfort foods are those favorite meals like: cake, burger and all those delicious desert foods you like eating. 
  • Eating with big plate: Avoid  eating with a big plate, because it would be difficult for you to return or stop eating if you're satisfy. 

  • Don't skip breakfast: I know most of us are sometime very busy: which we sometime decide not to eat in the morning. But you have to understand the important of breakfast as the fuel to our body. so if you deny your self taking your breakfast: your metabolism begins to slow and there is every tendency of over eating when you decide to eat. 

  • Junk food: It good to know that junk food has taken over the habit of cooking food in the house; especially bachelors even some families. We believe that junk food are fast and easy but the problem here is that: most of this junk foods are very high in calorie and full of empty carbs. there are many other bad eating habit as well! 

  • Processed food: These are meals highly processed with other substance like preservative and others. foods in packs or large jar are highly processed because they pass through process from one stage to another. This food may be drinks, snacks and meals: in fact just understand that any food that come with pack or that has the ability to stay for a period of time are process food. here are some list of processed food:

French fries
Ketchup
Canned meat
 Fast food 
Pre- flavored package product 
Imitation foods 
Factory farmed meat and seafood 
Low fat and fat free product. 


There are many other processed food out there but, am about show the root of your problem. You have tried but nothing to show, buy all the so call supper supplement but yet no result.

Why Am Not Reducing Weight Part 1

I tried all I could but, nothing to show, am so a shame of my self when I go out. Some time I don't feel like going out at all, even my cloth could not size me again. A lot of stress over whelm you just because the way you look. But, it should interest you to know that: the more you're stress the more you eat and the more you fat. How?????????????????????????


Your body responds to all stress the same way: whether you work or not; the body take them the same way. So if are you're facing a surge of stress may be because of what you're passing through or your health. Your body would be convinced; that you're hungry: but remember! you did nothing. The worst of it is that when that so call hunger comes; the type of meals you aim at are those high carbs which increases your fat level. This how-----------------! 

Mr Stress 

  1. You're stress up! 
  2. Your brain instruct your cell to release potent hormones, 
  3. Your body is now burst of adrenaline which store energy: which would help you to quickly respond to any happening around you, 
  4. Immediately; your body release what is called steroid hormone in response to stress and low level of blood glucose. It primary function is to increase blood sugar level through gluconeogenesis, suppress the immune system and aid the metabolism of fat, protein and carbohydrate; It also decreases bone formation. 
So now you can see the negative effect stress can do our body!!

Here is a saying from the nutrition industry: "you can't exercise your way out of poor nutrition. Which means: no amount of exercise will help if you're not eating a nutrient dense food which would help the body metabolize. A question: can you afford to abstain from that comfort food, just because you want reduce weight? Some people would say yes while some would say no but, here is what have to know.


Comfort foods are high carbs meals like: cakes, burger, and chicken, apple pie etc. You’ll agree with me: it very hard to deny yourself from eating these meals, of course; sometimes we eat any how without a proper balance diet .This is why you have been trying to reduce weight but, nothing to show: you’re worried; you can’t go anywhere because none of your cloth feet’s you again, you face rejections in your family or your working place. But I give you hope now! Why you failed all this time is because you never understand the process, even those who claimed to have the solution never knew it. They told you to stay away from eating this and that; which was impossible, and even if you made it staying away from your comfort meals.



It Not About Staffing Your Self

When you restrict yourself from eating for a long time, your blood sugar level drops: convincing your body to staffing. It put back your body into fat storing mode but, when snap in between meals: this would keep your blood sugar level balanced and keep your body in the fat burning zone forever.

Olive oil 

Olive oil is very good in the body; it is commonly use in the Mediterranean diet, it goes a long way to promote your healthy lifestyle. 


Eat more healthy snacks, almond, sunflower seed, slice apples, trail mix, low fat cheese and whole wheat crackers. Eat something light but, it should be nutritious and if you must take high carbs make sure that it is moderate. But the fact is: You can't exercise your way out of poor nutrition! so if you need result, eating nutrient dense food would help your body to metabolise. 


Is not the hormone, but choices of food made available to you; that is contributing to that hormone imbalance. The most problem we have is that we're unable to eat a balance diet and we also lack the ability to combine the right ratio of protein. 

Try as much as possible not to over feed, and stop drinking concentrated juice like cranberry juice and apple juice Instead go for  better lemon, add tamarind to food and also eat sauerkraut. Make sure you don't eat only high carbs at all but, balance it with low carbs or don't eat. 

Make sure you drink more water than ever:as it is very important in our health . Water serve as a drip, it washes your entire system, it also detoxifies your system. Am sorry! but, I have to say it may be you already knew it: Never do the mistake of combining pancake with syrup. Pancake contribute to belly fat; instead go for  whole wheat waffles, which help lower belly fat. 


Soda 

This is the most addicted habit; so many people find it difficult to stay without concentrated drinks like alcohol, apple juice, cranberry, juice and even many others. especially; people who love hanging out with friends and families: however; am not telling you to abstain from beer and other concentrated drinks but, it's good if you can limit your intake or stay off from it. Soda contain high  sugar which comes in form of fructose corn syrup; the body find it difficult to burn this sugar mostly in at night. 


Junk Foods 

This one is wow! In this eye opening generation: junk food has take over our kitchen. most men and women don't border their self cooking again; as it's possible for them to work into a fast food or restaurant eat what ever they want. Fatty oil use in some fast food is not good in your health; as it causes more harm to your health: especially when you're trying to reduce your fat belly. 


Dessert 

It's fun enjoying your self with your favourite dessert which are serve as the final course of a meal. A sweeten food, as cake, pudding, ice cream or fruit: can add more fat to your belly. Even low calorie and reduced desserts should be eaten in moderation; as it can lead to increase in weight because of the present of refined sugars. So consider eating healthy fruit instead of cakes and cookies.

Big belly is not a new issue again; and it not targeted at one gender but, it involve men and women. 
Now a days men are likely to have big bally than women. Just before I decided to write this article; one of my friend on facebook posted on his timeline: for someone who can help him to reduce his big belly. 
"Have been doing weight lifting; in mind to reduce my weight but, I discover that am adding more weight instead of reducing."
Exercise is very important in our life, but they are different type of exercise for different purposes. So my friend did weight lifting to reduce his fat belly but, unfortunate for him; he was adding more weight.So before looking for lasting solutions to your fat belly, over weight and obesity. You have to know causes of your problem so as to help you take precautions. But another problem with people is that; they lack self control even if they know the causes of their problems. Knowing the cause of your problem is one and taking precautions is another. Over weight is the excessive accumulation of fat in our system. According to (WHO):
A body mass index greater than or equal to 25 is overweight and also; any body mass index greater than or equal to 30 is obesity. 

           

So what are the causes of big belly 

Genetic 


Genetics is a process of investigating the root or origin of a particular problems ; it as something to do with inheritance. So if your father, mother or relations has fat belly; It's possible for the coming generation to inherit fat belly. For this case; no need of bordering your self much but you have to watch. With this conditions: if necessary precautions are not taken, it can result in serious health issues. Because you already had it and now; you add injury upon injury.

Your Diet Options  

One problem people face is the inability to discipline their self's; even when they know the cause of their problem. So your diet selections can also be the cause of the fat belly you're having: which you really need to take necessary precautions. It very necessary for you to know the type of diet plan that work's for you and as well the type of medication. Eating low carb diet can also help you free from visceral belly fat.

Excessive Sugar In The Body  

Excessive sugar is another cause of over weight; especially high fructose corn syrup. Increase insulin production can speed up the accumulation of visceral belly fat. According to Princeton university: revealed that a rat fed a diet high in fructose corn syrup; gained more abdominal fat than the rat fed an equivalent amount of ordinary table sugar. Exercise is very important to our health: engaging in exercise regularly would help you a lot. Abstaining from exercise can limit the amount of calories your body burn, making it easier to gain weight. Our eating habit can also cause muscle wasting: which slows our metabolism. How ever; it's advice to engage in regular exercise like road walk lasting at least 30 minute and also strength training which will boost your metabolism. 

Excessive Intake Of Calories 

Good food are good when measure are taken in terms of consumption. Here is a say: "too much of everything is a disease" so excessive calories can cause more harm to the body if the body is not used to it. Calories is a good source of energy to the body but, can also become bad to our system when is excess, without activity can cause overweight to the body. As it turns the  un-burned energy to fat, so it's advice to eat diet rich in calories when you're highly engage in physical activities. Pregnant woman should be cautious when consuming diet rich in calories; excess of it can lead to excessive gain in weight. This can lead to gestational diabetes, which occurs pregnancy.
