Our Eating Habit
The way and how we combine different classes of food can affect your endeavor to reduce your present weight. Sometimes we get addicted to a particular type of meal which in turn affect our physical health and also hinder us have that trimmed, attractive and energetic looking.
We have seven classes of food namely: carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins, water, minerals and fiber.all this classes of food are very important to our body but problem we have: is to understand the way they work in our body and also know the amount and quantity our body need to function properly. When once you know how to eat the right food, the right combination at the right time: you would see quick improvement in your weight endeavor. This is a big secret you have to hold on; you don't have staff your self or stop eating those favorite meals. But just make sure you combine the right ratio of proteins.
What are those bad eating habit?
- Addicted to one particular meal: Everybody has their own choice of meals but, it's not good when you keep on repeating a particular kind of meals every time: cause more harm to your system.
- Lack of self control: Most of us don't just know how to withheld our self from eating: we eat any how, especially the comfort food. comfort foods are those favorite meals like: cake, burger and all those delicious desert foods you like eating.
- Eating with big plate: Avoid eating with a big plate, because it would be difficult for you to return or stop eating if you're satisfy.
- Don't skip breakfast: I know most of us are sometime very busy: which we sometime decide not to eat in the morning. But you have to understand the important of breakfast as the fuel to our body. so if you deny your self taking your breakfast: your metabolism begins to slow and there is every tendency of over eating when you decide to eat.
- Junk food: It good to know that junk food has taken over the habit of cooking food in the house; especially bachelors even some families. We believe that junk food are fast and easy but the problem here is that: most of this junk foods are very high in calorie and full of empty carbs. there are many other bad eating habit as well!
- Processed food: These are meals highly processed with other substance like preservative and others. foods in packs or large jar are highly processed because they pass through process from one stage to another. This food may be drinks, snacks and meals: in fact just understand that any food that come with pack or that has the ability to stay for a period of time are process food. here are some list of processed food:
