Sometimes when we talk of excess sugar in our body, all our attention get focus on the normal added sugar but, what about the hidden sugar in most processed food ? Don’t understand? I mean those sweet delicious meals you eat everyday. You probably can’t miss a day without drinking concentrated juice, apple juice, raw sugar cane and natural fruit juice. all these are creating more problems to system at large especially if you wan to reduce weight.

Among all the health problems we’re facing now ranging from obesity, overweight, diabetes and poor sexual performance in men are all contributed by excess sugar in the body. Have you done all you could to reduce weight but, yet to see the expected result? Is either you’re still eating bad food or your liver is not functioning well as it suppose to. We always belief that natural sugar are harmless for that, we should eat it any how we like.


If you think you have stop the added sugar; no sugar in your tea and you never add sugar to anything you eat again but, you still having excess sugar in your body. why not stop a moment! ask your self what am I eating that contains much sugar? I bet ! you eat these everyday: raw cane sugar, Agave and Natural fruit juice. if you like call it yogurt sweetened, apple juice with fruit juice concentrated. all these are causing havoc to your entire system. So it doesn't matter the form sugar is coming in, sugar is sugar; it’s all the same thing to the body.

The problem most people have is that their body burns sugar instead of fat therefore making them run out of strength, at this time, your body pass information telling you to refuel to stay strong.

How Do I Know If My Body Is Burning Sugar And Fat

If your body is burning sugar, you will find it difficult to go beyond two hours or so without felling hungry. this happen because sugar burn’s faster then fat, so anytime you lack behind your will now see your self feeling hungry. Remember since you’re burning sugar the fat now keep accumulating up which therefore turn your body to a fat storing mode instead of fat burning mode. With this situation, there is no amount of weight loss pills or programs that would be able to yield result, even if you see result the over weight will soon come back because of the hidden sugar you’re still taking everyday.

BUT

If your body is burning fat as it primary form of fuel, you can actually go for six hours without feeling hungry because fat doesn't burn fast as sugar. When you’re burning fat, the body is also indirectly burning sugar but, if you’re burning sugar then fat will keep storing. To end the strong desire of sugar, you’re body needs to burn fat as it’s primary form of fuel. at this point you will never think of marinara sauce and sundries tomato.

These are symptoms of high sugar impact in the body

Fatigue,

Inability to reduce weight or weight loss resistance,

Gas and bloating ,

Premature ejaculation ,

joint pain,

headaches and many others. 

Turning your body from sugar burner to fat burner can be a little bit difficult at starting but, at last it will be of great interest to you and your health life. Before anything, you need to think of those diet you eat which contain sugar by reading the labels of all the food you buy and you may also want to do some research about what you buy to know more about it. There are some of them that contain sugar which you never expected: marinades, sauces , pickles and condiments.
All those meals and drinks which has loads of fructose and glycemic may impact your system badly if proper care is not taken :
Fructose is a sugar found in honey, fruits, processed foods like soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and many others.
Glycerin is a thick sweet colorless liquid used in medicines like syrup and many others. 
Most of the nutrient density and fiber are good but, it all depend where the foods falls, it can be low, medium or high sugar impact.   
  
WHERE I START ?
  • First you need to take note of the measurement of your waist to hip ratio to determine your starting point.
  • Identify all the hidden sugar by making by reading the labels of all the food you eat, you can also do research to know more about what you eat.
  • Switch from high sugar impact foods to medium sugar impact foods.
  • Try to stretch the time between meals.
  • Since you don’t want your body to be good at processing fructose, minimize fructose intake instead engage your self in eating some selected fruits such as : limes, avocado, tomato, lemon and olives.
  • You can still eat some great stuff like : Kale, Nut and Seed, Wild Salmon, Grass-fed Beef, Legumes and a little Quinoa.
  • Start drinking more of green tea .
Instead of eating meals all day, why not mix up with some healthy snacks! let me say, you took your green tea first in the morning then in the afternoon you eat meal with a large amount of salad and so on.
Note* Nut are very high in fat but, it’s a good fat like that of oleic acid , despite it healthy fat, nuts are also tend to be high in calories.
You have to be aware of your food triggers so that you know how your system react to a particular meal. eating excess nut may trigger the amount of calories in your body but, it all depend on your type of body.
After identifying the hidden sugar in your meals, move from high sugar impact to minimum sugar impact and last to low sugar impact. you have also know your food triggers and also mix up your meals.

It now time for maintenance

To see a quick change in your weight loss program, you have to set new goals and different fitness activities. It will be more better if you can connect the dots between what you eat and how you feel, by losing that sweet desire that you had and reclaim your sugar sensitivity.
Most people think all exercise help in reducing weight, without knowing the function of each exercise you can end up harming your self.

The recommended exercise for weight loss is the high intensity interval-type exercise because they are not necessarily related to calories burn. This type of exercise create metabolic changes that promote health and muscles growth while boosting fat burning. Note* these metabolic change do not occur when you're doing endurance training like distance running .
